This year we're trying something a little different for our ”Just write” retreat. Instead of heading away, we’re hosting a fully catered workshop day on campus in the Undercroft. We're focusing on removing the barriers that stop you from writing and helping you with the inspiration you need to polish your thesis or paper into a gem!

Friday, September 8th
10am - 4pm

Please BYO coffee cup / mug / flask

The day will be set up in two different spaces, one as an open plan writing space, and one as seminar room. As you require inspiration, you can duck into a seminar session (held in 101), or keep charging ahead with your writing.

The Undercroft will be transformed into open workspace to allow for you to sit down get what you need to write on the page, and to talk shop with other postgraduate students about the in and outs of getting ideas out of your head and on the page.
